The 4th International Symposium on Shale Oil & Gas Exploration and Development will take place on November 29-30, 2020 in Changchun City, Jilin Province. The conference will be hosted by Jilin University and undertaken by Construction Engineering College of Jilin University, Collaborative Innovation Center for Shale Oil and Gas Exploration and Development, National-Local Joint Engineering Laboratory of In-situ Conversion, Drilling and Exploitation Technology for Oil Shale and the Metallogenic Theory and Key Technology Branch of State Center for Research. Aiming to share and exchange new opinions and results and to explore the cooperative research in the field of oil shale, shale oil and gas. This conference is going to gather the researchers in the field of oil shale, shale oil and gas exploration and development technology around the world.
The theme of this symposium will focus on the current situation and development of oil shale, shale oil and gas exploration and development. Experts and scholars from several countries are invited to introduce their latest research result, make an extensive exchange on the exploitation technology of oil shale, shale oil and gas in China and have a discussion about the hot topics of the symposium.
第四届国际页岩油气勘探开发利用技术学术研讨会将于11月29-30日在吉林长春召开。本次会议由吉林大学主办，吉林大学建设工程学院、油页岩地下原位转化与钻采技术国家地方联合工程实验室、页岩油气资源勘探开发协同创新中心和国家油页岩成矿理论与关键技术分中心承办。会议旨在汇集国内外页岩油气勘探开发利用技术相关领域的研究人员进行学术交流，分享新见解和新成果，并探索页岩油气领域的合作研究。
本次研讨会的主题为“页岩油气勘探开发利用技术科技创新与发展战略”，将邀请来自国内外的专家学者介绍页岩油气研究领域的最新研究成果，并对中国页岩油气开发技术开展广泛交流，就热点议题展开讨论。

Call for Papers
Authors who wish to give Oral presentation or Poster could submit abstract(s) of 300 to 500 words. The deadline for abstracts submission is November 20, 2020. The authors of accepted presentations should submit two copies of their manuscript by email with Word (doc) and Acrobat (pdf) formats respectively. All abstracts should be submitted by email to shaleoilgas2020@163.com (Please write “shale oil & gas symposium paper” at the subject line).

有意愿在会上做口头报告或墙报展示的参会人员，务必请在2020年11月20日前通过会议邮箱shaleoilgas2020@163.com提交中英文摘要（300-500字），均要求提交word和pdf两个版本，邮件题目请统一采用“页岩油气会议论文”或“页岩油气会议摘要”进行提交。
Oral Presentation and poster
Oral Presentations will be a minimum of 15 and a maximum 15 minutes long depending upon the number of abstracts accepted. Upon acceptance, authors will be notified about the duration of their presentation. All presentations must be in PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) to ensure problem-free operation during the sessions. Please download the Poster template in the attachment.

会议口头报告文档统一采用PowerPoint或PDF格式文件，每个报告时间为15分钟左右，具体时间根据报告录用数量进行调整，并提前通知。
会议海报将采用统一尺寸与格式，请在附件下载会议海报模板。
Fee and Registration
Registration for the Symposium is available now. Attendances should fill out the “Registration Form” in the attachment and mail back before November 20, 2020.
Registration of the symposium is free. We have booked some rooms in Huatian Hotel for the people who want to attend the conference.
