In order to provide graduation students with guidance and assistance in thesis writing during the epidemic, Professor Wang Changming from the College of Construction Engineering held an online public class entitled “How to do a good undergraduate thesis in civil engineering” for undergraduates in the afternoon of April 28th, 2022, in accordance with the requirements of the series of guidance activities for thesis of the first-class undergraduate practice teaching improvement action of Jilin University.

Prof. Wang combined with the characteristics of his major, starting from the whole process and all-round of thesis writing, and gave a detailed explanation on the overall design, writing standard and precautions of undergraduate thesis. After the public lecture, all students expressed that they benefited a lot and discussed and exchanged other issues related to the thesis.

Finally, Guo Wei, the Executive President of the College of Construction Engineering, made a concluding speech. President Guo expressed his gratitude to Professor Wang and hoped that all graduates would complete their undergraduate thesis carefully and draw a successful conclusion to their four years of undergraduate study.
