On the morning of June 24, the College of Construction Engineering of Jilin University and Changchun Country Garden Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. (Changchun Country Garden / the Company) held an industry-university-research-application cooperation exchange meeting at Meeting Room 319, Shuigong Building on Chaoyang Campus. The attendees include An Liya-Head of the Human Resources Department, Fan Shuangshuang-Recruitment Manager, and Xu Bo-Administrative Manager from Changchun Country Garden Real Estate Development Co. Ltd., the Deputy Dean Wang Boxin and Deputy Dean Cao Pinlu of the College of Construction Engineering, as well as Zhu Shan, the director of Department of Construction Engineering.

On behalf of the College, Professor Cao Pinlu firstly welcomed the arrival of An Liya and her delegation, and then briefly introduced the College. He said that as a leading enterprise in the real estate industry, Country Garden has been actively exploring the industry construction system while growing rapidly. As the two parties are in the same city, many excellent graduates and postgraduates of the College of Construction Engineering join Country Garden every year. It is believed that the two parties will open a new chapter in school-enterprise cooperation based on the talent resources and intellectual advantages of the College as well as the corporate brand and social influence of the Company.

Ms. An Yali expressed her gratitude for the warm reception and said that the two parties had a good foundation of cooperation, and the College had been one of the most important resources of talents for their company. They are very glad to establish long-term and in-depth cooperation with the College, and looking forward to new breakthroughs in basic science research and talent cultivation, so as to achieve a "win-win-win" situation benefiting the university, enterprise and students.

Director Zhu Shan and Deputy Dean Wang Boxin introduced respectively the internship modes for undergraduate and graduate students. Then the two parties had a thorough discussion on the arrangement of the upcoming summer internship. Afterwards, both parties signed the Memorandum of University-Enterprise Cooperation Internship Base. And Deputy Dean Wang Boxin, on behalf of the college, awarded the plaque “Changchun Country Garden Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.-College of Construction Engineering, Jilin University Off-campus Production & Practice Base”.
