Projects

1. National Natural Science Foundation of China Project "Research on the Mechanism of Rock Breaking by Ultrasonic Vibration", approval No. 41572356, completed from January 1, 2016 to December 30, 2019. The rock breaking mechanism of hard rock such as granite broken by ultrasonic vibration and the optimal working parameters of ultrasonic vibration are explored.

2. Open project of Engineering Research Center of Ministry of Education: Research on thermal damage mechanism of dry hot rock under ultrasonic vibration, completed in 2022.1 ~ 2022.12, completed the damage mechanism of granite under thermal stress under ultrasonic vibration.

3. Jilin University Seed Fund project "Experimental Research on Ultrasonic Vibration Rock Crushing", Project No. 121040201, completed from 20013.10 to 2015.4. The feasibility of reducing rock strength by ultrasonic vibration is verified.

4. Land Resources Survey project of China Geological Survey, "Development of Geophysical Parameters MWD System and drilling rig", project No. 1212010560305, completed from 2005 to 2009. A mechanically-driven acoustic drill has been developed and the rock breaking mechanism of acoustic drilling in soil layer and alluvial layer has been explored.

5. Enterprise research topic: According to the engineering geological characteristics of pebble and gravel formation, through the theoretical calculation of sinking pipe resistance of pebble and gravel formation, the rock breaking mechanism analysis of drill bit, and according to the vibration characteristics of the drilling hammer, the drilling technology of the drilling hammer with the impact of static pressure is proposed. Using this technology, we have completed the foundation reinforcement project of cobblestone formation in Jilin Carbon Plant, the underwater blasting hole drilling project of the source project of Majia Pumping Station, the slope anchoring drilling project of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, the water level observation drilling project of Lianhua Power Station in Mudanjiang, the slope supporting pile drilling project of Baishan Cascade hydropower Station, etc., and achieved ideal results.

6. Enterprise research topic: Research on efficient drilling tool structure for long horizontal exploration holes, combined with domestic mature cable drill pipe technology, completed the design of ultrasonic vibration rope core drilling tool for horizontal exploration holes.
